I trained in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT tapping) as part of my own search for calm and clarity. 

This grounding, simple and effective somatic technique has brought clarity and balance to my daily life – and I’d love to help you find the self-empowerment, resilience and peace I’ve discovered for myself.
