Regulating Your ADHD Nervous System is a recorded four-part workshop series to help you understand, connect to and regulate your nervous system. 

In around a month, you’ll have clarity on what triggers the feelings of anxiety, worry and hypervigilance that have historically impacted your mental and physical health – and gain effective daily practices to feel more connected, energised and empowered.

Now we have the knowledge and awareness of ADHD, we are able to send ourselves self-compassion and connection so we can move forward with clarity and trust that we know what is best for us and our nervous systems!

I have chosen to drip-feed this content, bearing in mind our ADHD brains and nervous systems. I don't want to overwhelm you with too much all at once, so you will get an on-demand video sent once a week with an email, simple resources and some guidance from me.
