This is an inspiring and fast-paced two-hour workshop (broken up into four easy-to-digest videos) with further bonus content to help dispel your old beliefs, dissolve outdated conditionings and begin tapping into your many unique and wonderful ADHD strengths and skills.
With ADHD, we often find it challenging to get out of our critical self-talk, tap into our many brilliant skills, and begin fulfilling ourselves in our careers.
So many of you tell me there is all this untapped potential that has been screaming to get out, but then executing it or even believing we're worthy or good enough holds us back.
We get stuck in a loop of having incredible ideas and plans. We're then paralysed by perfectionism and procrastination fueled by doubt, fear and old beliefs, which are hard to shake off on our own.
We can also be excellent self-sabotagers and LOVE to believe our pesky brains, honing in all that we can't do, fueling our limiting beliefs and old stories, which convince us not to proceed and that we will indeed fail - so what’s the point?!

I love nothing more than supporting other ADHD women to take that step forward to fulfil and trust themselves and no longer stay small with their dreams.
